Domain Name Registration Transfer
Not happy with your current domain registrar? Do you want to consolidate registration for all of your domains? If so, you want to do a registration transfer. Most transfers are available for only $15 and will extend your registration period by one year. We are able to process registration transfers for the following top level domain extensions:
- com
- net
- org
- biz
- us
- info

Important Transfer Information
- Registration transfer is not required to host with Positive Fusion.
- You must be the current registrant of the domain to be transferred.
- Only valid domain names already registered with another registrar may be transferred.
- Transfers will succeed only if the administrative contact information showing in the losing registrar's Whois is up-to-date.
- Not all domain name functionalities will transfer. For example, another registrar may offer 5 MB free Web hosting, free URL forwarding, etc. These services will not transfer.
- Some domain name functionalities that transfer will not do so automatically. These services will have to be re-configured by the client through our account management system.
- Transfers will take between 5 and 7 days under normal circumstances to complete. If the losing registrar refuses to acknowledge a transfer request for any reason, the transfer may take longer to complete.
